Your Rights

As a user of my website, you have extensive rights regarding your personal data under the GDPR:

• Right to Information: You have the right to obtain information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored data free of charge at any time.
• Rectification & Deletion: You have the right to demand the correction or deletion of this data.
• Restriction of Processing & Data Portability: Under certain conditions, you have the right to demand the restriction of processing or to request data portability.
• Objection: You can object to the processing of your data.
• Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Processing takes place in a data centre in Germany.

In order to deliver the website, the server necessarily processes your IP address when you access it. In the server log files, the IP address is stored only in fully anonymised form, so it cannot be linked to you. The log files also contain in particular the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser identifier (user agent). The log files are deleted after 7 days.

From the anonymised log files, the host compiles aggregated access statistics that only I can access. They do not allow any conclusions about individual visitors.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website and in evaluating visitor numbers.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.

Contact

I also store personal data that you voluntarily provide to me via email or telephone, exclusively for the purpose of processing your project inquiry.

Data submitted via the contact form (your name, email address and message) is transmitted to me by email solely to process your inquiry. It is not stored in a database and not shared with third parties. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as the initiation or performance of a contract and my legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Data Collection & Analytics

I collect technical data to optimize my website. For this purpose, I use the following services, provided that you have given me your explicit consent via my cookie banner:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

I use GA4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to improve the user experience and measure the relevance of my content in the field of high-end photography. IP addresses are anonymized by default. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA in the process. An adequacy decision of the European Commission applies to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Art. 45 GDPR), under which Google is certified.

Microsoft Clarity

I use Microsoft Clarity (provider: Microsoft Corporation, USA) to optimize the usability and design of my site through anonymized interactions. Data processing is based on your consent. Microsoft Clarity is operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. An adequacy decision of the European Commission applies to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Art. 45 GDPR), under which Microsoft is certified.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set any cookies itself. I store your choice in the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that the banner does not appear again on every visit. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only set cookies if you have agreed in the banner (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by changing your choice in the cookie banner.
